01 How we work
You bring the what. Our engineers bring the how.
Every engagement runs the same way: your spec, our senior engineer driving AI coding agents, and nothing ships until a human has reviewed it line by line.

Software our clients run their business on.
Heavy-equipment manufacturing
Migrating a business-critical manufacturing app from Lovable to an enterprise-grade platform, with zero downtime
A US heavy-equipment manufacturer with a few factories, hundreds of daily users and revenue above $100M a year
A manufacturer's team built a prototype in Lovable that became the production-floor system every crew depends on. Our engineers moved it to a new API backend on Azure with Microsoft sign-in, kept the UI people knew, and switched over with zero downtime after weeks of shadow running.

An eSIM carrier app with built-in VoIP calling and automatic carrier switching for a New York startup
A New York eSIM startup
A New York startup's eSIMs were data-only. We worked with their CTO on the architecture, then built and shipped the first release of their React Native app and Python backend: eSIM management and top-ups, VoIP calling to and from local numbers on the native call screen, and carrier switching driven by background geofences, all inside an Expo-managed app. Live in the App Store and Google Play since mid-2026.

Building Notch's B2B payments platform: payments, OCR invoice capture and accounting integrations for food distributors
Notch, a Toronto company that automates invoicing, payments and ordering for food and beverage distributors
When Notch pivoted from a restaurant ordering marketplace to payments for wholesale food distributors, we joined their in-house engineering team to build it. Since 2022 our team, scaled to 5 developers, has built its payment integrations, OCR invoice capture and accounting and ERP sync, and we still develop and maintain it today, now under Telpay.
